Okay to Start were going to head to the General Store and Buy: 100Air Runes and 100Mind Runes.
Then were going to teleport to the CAVE in the Monster Teleport.
Use Air Strike on the Druids Until you have enough magic for: Wind Bolt.
Teleport home and buy Chaos and Air runes.
Go back to the cave and train until you have enough magic level for Air Blast.
Teleport home and buy Air and death runes.
Now train until you have enough for Air Wave.
Teleport home and buy Air and Blood runes.
Now get Like 84 Magic and Teleport home, Pray to the Desert Altar and convert to Ancient Magicks.
Get the required runes for Smoke Barrage and Use that spell at the Cave until you have 97Mage.
Then teleport home and get the required runes for Ice Barrage.
Continue this spell until 99 Magic

For This guide I will use the Magic Method.
This is the easiest way to get 99Hitpoints in approximetly 1Hour-45Minutes.
Firstly follow the Guide until 97 Magic level.
Then Buy about:
1000 Water Runes.
600Blood Runes.
850 Death Runes.
Once you have those runes Convert to Ancient Magicks, Buy an Ancient Staff Zaff
Set Ice Barrage as your Spell, Then click on the "Attack with spell Chosen button"
Go back to cave and Attack Druids until 99Hp
In this process unless you have like 95 hp you will get 99 Magic.
