Okay so you want to aquire 99Thieving and a Thieving skillcape huh?
Requirements:
Powerscape Client.
Okay firstly we must use the Skilling Teleport. Description: Train Farming/thieving somthing like that.
Once you here you will see a bank.
Walk behind the bank.
You should now see 3Stalls.
1-50 Steal from the Silk Stall
50-80 Steal from the Silver Stall
80-99 Steal from the Gem stall
Congratz on 99 thieving!
Aquire a Skillcape:
Requirements:
99k (99999 Gold/Gp)
Teleport to home, Enter the building that looks like a pot with flour in it.
Look for a dark skinned man Named bob,
right click him and hit "Trade"
Find the Thieving skillcape (t)
and right click it and hit: "Buy One"
Enjoy your cape!
Glitch:
Thieving Hood doesn't work for females.
