What is the deal with items?

are there members items? is there a members service? is there a limit to items and quests? are there any restrictions to anything in this game? or is it all free?

blood, powerscape is a private server, what it means is that you can still do many skills as from runescape, except the xp rate is better and sometimes overall doing skills is better, as for items, No, everything is free, everyone is on the same basics, you can do any skill without "buying" members, everyone is compared to a runescape member, some skills are different as in the methods of doing them but, there are no quests in here, its mainly for pking, no restrictions, the only thing that you could say "member" items are donation items, such as dragon claws, phats, death cape, etc. glad to be of some assistance

I think by "free items" he meant do you have to pay for them as there were a private servers (i.e. frugooscape, now shut down) that had the pickup command therefore making all items free.

If that is what you meant then, no, not all items are free. The home teleport General Store sells some good stuff to get you up some levels, but if you want good armour, you must buy it from other players, kill bosses, or other such things like.
