PowerScape is a runescape private server. It is a 317 server up 24/7 with x100 exp rates. We have one staff member who speaks english and another who speaks norwegian but is ok at english. Owners: Light and Jaxidor

a very angry player went on chat and was yelling that only mods and admins are allowed on to play and i said their must be a good reason could you please clarify this? and tell me what is going on??nobody can log onto the server and a friend that is a mod could.
