Barrows: It should give you money, say 3m at least everytime you do it, and a higher chance of geting something good from it.

God wars: He is way too high level not to have a good common drop of good items.

Theiving: I don't see much of a point in theiving except to skill, because the highest money amount you get form it is only 9k =\
