PowerScape is a runescape private server. It is a 317 server up 24/7 with x100 exp rates. We have one staff member who speaks english and another who speaks norwegian but is ok at english. Owners: Light and Jaxidor

Can you buy 100 lobs from a new guy, who doesn't know how much they are worth? As long as you don't "lie" to them (telling them they aren't worth much)

i wouldn't advise it because You can help the new player out and say hey! need money! go sell your lobsters to the general store! and make the player want to play more =P
